As you know, in August I tested out the knock off Wen product (Conditioner & Cleanser for Curly Hair) by Lisa Rachel. Last weekend when I went home, my BFF gave me her Wen Cleansing Conditioner and Deep Conditioning Wen products so I decided to try it and see if the original product was worth purchasing.
There is only enough product in the bottle for two applications, so my experiment will be a short one.

The Lisa Rachel Conditioner & Cleanser for Curly Hair is still in the rotation! I’ve been trying out this product weekly during the month of August.
I used it here as a wash-n-go after the beach. In the following 2 weeks, I’ve used it on beauty day to co-wash my hair, and most recently after a failed coconut protein deep condition, I used it to wash left over egg out of my hair. Thus far, it has done for me what it claims to do.

My aunt who recently visited introduced me to it. She has the conditioner and cleanser for color treated hair. I just happened to go to Ross one day and find the same product (but for Curly Hair); at $5.99, I figured it was in the budget and worthy of a go-round! Though I’ve never tried WEN (due to the price), I’ve heard great things about it. I’ve never used a sulfate-free shampoo or conditioner, so this is a first for me.
